QAM - Quadrature Amplitude Modulation -  A modulation scheme with both digital and analog components. QAM doubles the effective bandwidth by combining two amplitude-modulated waveforms onto a single carrier.
QoE - Quality of Experience -  A measure of the overall level of customer satisfaction with the network as measured by various success factors including ease of use, reliability, security, and cost.
QoS - Quality of Service -  A measure of the network’s ability to achieve specific performance thresholds for latency, error rate, and uptime.
